whitefish, NC-style pulled pork, and Krowicki's sweet white corn,

field tomatoes, and sliced okra pickle.  Obscene

North Carolina-style pulled pork with vinegar, cole slaw, local

sweet corn, Jersey tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and burrata,

and Flying Dog 'Dead Rise' brewed with Old Bay.

Sliced pork chop on haricots verts, caramelized onions,

and sweet sticky rice with Earl Grey and ginger

Simple and Satisfying

Ham and swiss with arugula, tomato, and onion on

pumpkin seed bread.  Comfort food

NZ green mussels with celery, squash, and pho noodles

in a curry-basil broth
