cauliflower, and stuffed savoy cabbage with jasmine rice and kielbasa.

Unlikely combination, but it worked....unsurprisingly

Moderation

Oysters and clams, Stilton, Robiola, and stinging nettle Jack, 

with smoked salmon and cucumber-dill sour cream, assorted

amazing sushi, country pate, and asparagus vinaigrette.

Better than going out on my birthday.  And cheaper.  Go figure

Turkey and oyster stew with brown beech mushrooms,

 bok choy, ginger, and Madeira.  Happy New Year!

Monday Dinner

Salmon and jasmine rice scented with brown beech mushrooms

and truffle oil, and baby bok choy with baby corn and garlic.

Served on our finest Chinet.

Potstickers with mushroom soy sauce and scallions

Asian slaw:  Cabbage, sprouts, carrot, radish, Chinese sausage,

soy, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, cilantro

Long Island Bluepoints dressed with a mignonette of shallots,

ginger, black pepper, rice vinegar, red chile, and cilantro

Jersey Cheesesteak

Move over Pat, Geno, Tony, and Jim.  Jersey cheesesteaks rule

with (not wit) onions, jalapenos, Brie, and Stilton. Now this is a

cheesesteak I'd stand in line for!

and Flying Dog 'Dead Rise' brewed with Old Bay.
