A Bright, Flavorful Mouthful




Three vegetables, cooked simply in salted boiling water.  First in,
Brussels sprout halves.  A couple minutes later, snow peas.  A 
minute after that, thickly sliced mushrooms.  A minute or so later,
the water is strained and olive oil, salt, and pepper are added.

  1. I made this last night, I over boiled the veggies. How long did you boil and how much salt did you use. I want to try this again. Also tomorrow at 4:30 in Lambeau field its on like the break of dawn, are you ready?!

    I am sure Tillerman will be weighing in on this.
