NZ green mussels with celery, squash, and pho noodles

Travel list from a couple of thanksgivings ago.

A couple of prep items, and then the packing list.

When we go to Riverside, cigars are not needed to bring;
they're placed on our pillows.

Leaning tower of Thai yellow curry shrimp salad

and avocado on cucumber and bean relish

California cordon bleu turkey burger with sweet tater tots and cornichons

Barnegat softshell crab with Jersey tomatoes, white corn, zucchini,

fried onions, wasabi mayo, and soybean chile paste. Best ever

Pulled pork atop a curried potato-kale galette,

topped with Brie and sriracha. Amazing

Grilled chicken, jumbo Jersey asparagus, Stilton, honey, and rosemary.

It worked, in a big way
